Out-of-Stock Products

In the event that product you have ordered is determined to be out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. The item may be placed on back order or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
 

Taxes

Customers are responsible for all sales taxes.

 Shipping Policy

Chic Pear Designs is not responsible for delayed shipping since all shipping is outsourced to third party mailing providers. Shipping time indicates "time in transit" and does not include manufacturing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

Returns

Custom products may not be returned. Other tangible products may only be returned in the event that the items have a manufacturing defect (at our discretion). Chic Pear Designs is not to be held liable for any damages resulting from shipping. In a good is damaged, the customer must contact Chic Pear Designs immediately and must return the items within 15 business days of the original shipping date at the customer’s expense. Once the goods are inspected and are deemed to be returnable a full refund will be issued. Electronic products can not be returned and will not be refunded.

Usage

Products sold in our online shop are not for commercial use. You may not resell, alter, redistribute or license any of our products. All copyright remain with Chic Pear Designs.

Disputes

All disputes shall be addressed by first contacting Chic Pear Designs.  All disputes must be resolved either with Chic Pear Designs management or via arbitration. In the event that a dispute arises, we will do our best to resolve it internally.

Promotions

We reserve the right to change our prices and/or offer discounts on our products without notice. Refunds will not be offerred for the price difference between the sold price and the discounted price.
